Step 5: Passion

Step 5 of 12. See 1.Blueprint, 2.Loyalty, 3.Wisdom, 4.Openness

“When a nation, a society, or individuals no longer create, they begin to die because they are no longer part of the action or movement. They are no longer the beings of listening, no longer the beings of giving to receive; therefore they are not receiving; they are not giving to effort. As a result, they cease to exist on the physical plane.”

-Joseph Rael & Mary Elizabeth Marlow “Vibrations and Being

Passion is the burning desire of creative genius inside you. The dance your body does when you’re happy.

You never learned that. It was always inside of you.

It’s what makes you think and keeps you thinking.

It is your vision of the world as a better place.

What does your voice of Passion sound like? Practice Tapasya to make sure that you have not forsaken your Passion to Reason. Working with Anahata and Visshudi can match your insides with your outsides HOWEVER passion is ultimately developed in the burning furnace of the the 3rd Chakra: Manipura.

  • You determine what your future looks like.

  • You are the one who creates the meaning and how things show up from what you see.

  • You can turn your dream into reality when you create it out of passion, without fear and, most of all, from the heart.

Passion is that alive feeling that makes everything else totally worth it, and by everything else I mean the bullshit, the mundane, the mindless phases of “civilized” existence.Whatever it looks like for you, Passion is the driving force that taps into who we are in our heart and connects to who we may become in this world.

-Tiffany Fuentes

To create something passionately, we may have to endure some process, some feeling, some’thing’ we want to offer and share with someone else — but this is only possible if you overcame your challenge, paid attention and gained something from your process. Aka you did not become a victim easily pushed around by circumstance.

Some can identify so well with God’s suffering that the persistence of prayer and word of God helps them to live passionately and with compassion for all. That becomes their mission and destiny. Spreading infinite love and the path that took them there: Jesus.

Maybe religion doesn’t speak to you. Maybe your passions are primal, physical, and sensory. You want to sing across Europe, climb mountains, become a great actress, save lives, ride waves, sell over a million copies of your book, jump out of planes, etc..

A person who is a master in the art of living makes little distinction between their work and play, their labor and their leisure, their mind and their body, their education and their recreation, their love and religion. They hardly know which is which and simply pursue their vision of excellence and grace in whatever they do, leaving others to decide whether they are working or playing. To them they are always doing both.

-Lawrence Pearsall Jacks

Passion is the link that sets us apart from one another BUT because we all have it, we are all creating links of our experience and what we have come to believe about our existence.

Art is the highest form of faith.

We were created to create.

“When you catch a glimpse of your potential, passion is born.”   -Zig Ziglar

Throat Chakra : Vishuddhi

One major detail regarding Chakras: They are energetic centers. (see subtle body) The energy within a chakra can be in deficiency, surplus, or balanced and free flowing. Don’t know where to begin? Read Chakras- At-A-Glance.

Vishuddhi Chakra: The Fifth Chakra: The Throat Chakra. The Sanksrit words VISHU translates to “impurity” or “poison” and SHUDDHI means “purification.”

VISHUDDI is located at the throat and related to expression and communication. The THROAT Chakra is associated with aqua or teal blue.

Space is the element of VISHUDDI but the THROAT CHAKRA is also related to sound. Space opens the possibility for expansion and distribution and sound is propagated into the air by vibration, both are felt with our whole body.

VISHUDDI is the Chakra of Awakening!

In the THROAT Chakra, we have the ability to purify any and all toxic disturbances from the external world.

VISHUDDI is the activation point where the 7 Chakra system is granted the full potential and wisdom to elevate consciousness as this is where energy from the lower chakras connect with the head.

  • The THROAT Chakra Lotus blossom has 16 petals representing the 16 Siddhis or supernatural powers that one can attain through Yoga.

16 siddhis.png

  • 16 also refers to the days between half-moon and full moon in the lunar cycle symbolizing the connection and transition from :

The Subconsciousemotionally charged language to                                       The Conscious‘whole’ communication.

  • The inverted triangle of the THROAT chakra symbol is symbolic of spiritual growth. The downward position is affiliated with the gathering of information from lower chakras to make this evolution possible, while the widening upward signifies enlightenment through purification.gaja

VISSHUDI’s animal is Gaja, an elephant. Elephants carry past knowledge of earth, herbs and plants. Through this deep history, Gaja is revered as a teacher of patience, memory, self- confidence, and the unity with nature.

The transcendence of human consciousness is itself an act of purification. VISHUDDI employs you to practice purification for communication and expression. When words come to the THROAT CHAKRA they are infused with all of our emotional junk of MANIPURA our unconscious and subconscious. If the origin of speech is is fire, it is in the THROAT CHAKRA that the burning finally ceases to reveal pure and whole communication.

In VISHUDDI, we become conscious and take on the beautiful experience of self- discovery.

  • Practice swadhyaya

  • Do not shy away from the discomfort that accompanies your penetrating questions.

  • Sit with your answers. Question them again. Do not be fooled.

  • Purify your history: challenge the impressions bestowed to you from your heritage, change the perception you hold inside of yourself and the nature of your self-talk.

The THROAT Chakra emphasizes authenticity in expression and the distribution of your creativity into the world according to Satya.

VISHUDDI is associated with the expression of yourself: Your truth, purpose in life, and creativity. In order to understand the spectrum of your creative process, it is critical that your MULADHARA is open. link.

A Balanced VISHUDDI has the greatest gift and that is the Power of Persuasion. When the THROAT Chakra is open and balanced, you are able to express yourself clearly and honestly regardless of the situation or company you’re in.

An imbalance in the THROAT chakra can adversely affect many aspects of your personal and professional life.  Perhaps, you long for realizing your dreams and living with a strong and clear purpose, but seem to not be able to quite get there. You may find you avoid social situations and are more comfortable alone. You may become distrustful of your inner voice, or conversely alienate others with an uncontrollable mouth and venom-like words.

The awakening attributes of the THROAT Chakra give you the power and freedom to recognize the painful damage that language can cause to you and others.

  • Your speech is filled with your history and emotional pain.
  • You can literally swallow negativity and hatred from others.
  • Your consciousness and subconscious comes in direct contact with poison.

VISHUDDI is a purifying machine with an INPUT & OUTPUT.

  •  INPUT (Rendering): all unspoken, unarticulated and uncontrolled thoughts, emotions, desiresperceptions, and words. Meaning you must actively purify the thoughts that birth words BEFORE they arrive to the mouth.

Like any machine, it can can go into overdrive and the likelihood of blockages and/or descending into lower chakras, namely the MANIPURA, the SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra will increase IF you do not do this. Put your perceptions through hell.

  • OUTPUT (Clarity) : energy that flows freely through the throat chakra promotes effective, truthful communication. You are able to find yourself. You are confident, responsible, and easily find words to express your thoughts.

Finding the root cause of the problem :

We undergo our most complex relationship lessons from childhood, and ironically this is the time when we are most unable to express ourselves and/or understand what we are experiencing — but that does not mean we are unaffected.

Many of these traumatic experiences stay with us and become complexes that we carry into adulthood. They are irrational and right there under the surface ready to explode.

Why would we have negativity or hatred in our speech. Here are 3 ways to cope with insults and disappointment from the past, particularly childhood?

  1. Feel deeply connected to every experience as an opportunity for you to grow from.

  2. Have objectivity when you reflect on the past, and empathy for those involved. It is critical that you do not repeat the emotions you had when you were at the center of the experience.

  3. Empower yourself. Rise to the present. Build a mantra that establishes the truth: you are not bound by the past or any of those circumstances that brought you pain and hardship. No one is.

If your THROAT Chakra is blocked:

A blocked VISHUDDI often blinds people from their own mistakes and will give them the false sense that their misfortune and unhappiness is to blame on someone else. You could become stoic, quiet, and fearful. You may feel as though there is something very strong, almost stronger than you, interrupting your ability to communicate. It could be a fear of what others may think of you. The worst detail of a blocked THROAT Chakra is that, the condition of not being able to communicate inevitably increases the insecurity and isolation that hindered your communication in the first place.

Symptoms of a blocked VISHUDDI may include:

  • Not being able to listen to others
  • Shyness: Excessive fear of speaking, secrecy
  • Small, imperceptible voice
  • Confused about how to express needs/desires
  • Unable to keep your word
  • Explosive outbursts of rage/ tears
  • Social anxiety
  • Inhibited creativity
  • Stubbornness
  • Detachment
  • Inconsistency between speech and actions

Physical Symptoms may include:

  • Neck pain
  • Sore throat
  • Frequent headaches
  • Dental issues
  • Mouth ulcers
  • Hoarseness
  • Thyroid problems
  • Temporomandibular disorders of the jaw (commonly known as TMJ)

If your VISHUDDI is over-active:

An overactive THROAT Chakra can seem as though the thread between what is in your mind and what comes out of your mouth is missing. This can significantly impact your relationships and ability to function overall. You may not know when your THROAT Chakra is overactive, as society, particularly in matters of business, often rewards those who are the most vocal.

Symptoms of an overactive THROAT Chakra may include:

  • Speaking rudely or out of turn
  • Looking down on others you
  • Speaking maliciously
  • Highly critical of details that have no appreciable impact on your life.
  • You are committed to the stories you’ve crafted about others.
  • You may even speak negatively about yourself and others to the point it borders on verbal abuse.
  • Telling lies, unable to keep a secret
  • Lack of connection with a vocation or purpose in life
  • Gossiping
  • Non-stop talking
  • Arrogance
  • Condescension
  • Ear aches

Balancing VISHUDDI:

Before you begin working with the THROAT Chakra: be certain you are ready to look in the mirror. Work with ANAHATA to master Self-Love.

MEDITATE: We gain access to the different levels of consciousness with Self-Inquiry meditation. Meditate on what and how you have projected your perceptions onto situations and people. Video. Some guiding questions:

  1. “What do I want to realize?”
  2. “What obstacles need to be overcome to realize this?”
  3. “What problems are confronting me and how can I resolve them?”
  4. “Do I have a repeating narrative about myself that comes between me saying what I truly feel?”

In this process of self-investigation we lift the veil that blinds us. We accept responsibility and stop blaming others for events.

  • No one is taken advantage of
  • Nothing happens by accident
  • Nothing can plague you that is not already found in your Karma.
  • Nothing “bad” exists except that you have called it that.
  • It is precisely the qualities we condemn in others that we have in ourselves.

You can also use the sound “HANG” to assist in meditation for the THROAT Chakra.

  • Make an oval shape with the lips and push the sound out using as much breath as possible from the base of the tongue, using all the space up until the palate.

A few basic steps to clear this chakras include:

In most cases, positive lifestyle changes help immensely.

  1. A healthy diet
  2. Drink enough water: Cleansing the throat
  3. Regular Sleeping Hours
  4. Regular exercise
  5. Asana: see poses below that will help open the THROAT Chakra.
  6. Sound therapy: such as singing or humming, or listening to great singers

Learning to let go: Letting go is difficult, but holding onto things over which you have no control is deadly. You do not have to be your greatest torturer!       Releasing negative emotions can help restore balance in the throat chakra.

Consulting and trusting your inner voice: Practice MAUNA. This is simply practicing the art of silence, or when silence is not possible, using fewer words than more. With friends it is easy to be pleasant and use beautiful words, but to treat strangers or adversaries with kindness and compassion is a great virtue.

Practicing being open with close friends and family: Make it a point to be open and honest with all you say. It’s perfectly fine to start small, but do not avoid vulnerability. Simply speaking in a heartfelt way can work wonders to strengthen and balance the THROAT chakra.

Prānāyāma: Through the power of the breath, you enhances the purification power of the VISHUDDI Chakra. Your Shakti grows and your consciousness and subconscious are harmonized. You are one step closer to enlightenment.

Aromatherapy: Clearing the air around you in your space can restore balance to the chakras. Consider introducing one or a combination of these scents to heal and activate your THROAT Chakra:

  1. jasmine
  2. rosemary
  3. sandalwood
  4. calendula
  5. ylang ylang

Write down your thoughts: Learning how to freely express yourself without interrupting your stream of consciousness can be helpful in restoring balance to your THROAT chakra. You can let it sit on the page instead of festering in your heart and manifesting in repressed communication. You don’t even need to re-read that which you have written, but it will be there if you wish to do so.

Work with a professional: Begin psychotherapy and/or seeing an energy healer.

Asana for VISHUDDI:

You can begin with simple neck movements, such as moving you head from side to side, up and down, forward and back. These movements expose the THROAT, stretch the skin, increase blood flow to the area and can ease tensions blocking the THROAT Chakra.

  • Camel (Ustrasana)
  • Plow (Halasana)
  • Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
  • Fish (Matsyasana)
  • Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

If your THROAT Chakra balanced:

  • Expression, in particular ability to express your truth, is effortless
  • Communication, verbal or non-verbal, external or internal are unified
  • Mastery of Intuition and Clairvoyance
  • Master the transition of ideas and blueprints into reality
  • Defining and realizing one’s life purpose

When the THROAT CHAKRA is awakened and balanced, the mind and body work collectively. You have the pristine combination of confidence and humility. You learn to communicate about emotional details patiently without “explosions.” When balanced, the throat chakra produces reality from imagination.

Solar Plexus Chakra : Manipura

One major detail regarding Chakras: They are energetic centers. (see subtle body) The energy within a chakra can be in deficiency, surplus, or balanced and free flowing. Don’t know where to begin? Read Chakras- At-A-Glance.

Manipura Chakra: Third Chakra: Solar Plexus Chakra. The Sanksrit name MANIPURA translates to “City of Gems.

It is located at the naval or belly-button, the center of our gravity. It is associated with a golden yellow and fire. The SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra is like a burning furnace.

  • The MANIPURA has 10 Petals for the 10 nerve endings that are a source of energy for the SOLAR PLEXUS. The petals are blue like the base of any flame. The inverted triangle within the circle represents the transformative power of this fiery energy center.
  • This SOLAR PLEXUS holds the body’s energy and willpower, determination, and ego. It is considered to be the center of our Shakti (our divine female energy) and the only chakra that radiates prana up and down.
  • The animal associated with MANIPURA is the ram. This proud animal charges with head down blocking their awareness and concern for the consequences of their actions. They’re only preoccupied by their pursuits.

In the MANIPURA Chakra we pick right up from where we left off in SWADHISTHANA, accepting our dualistic nature: the sorting through our good and bad, BUT now we have the unique opportunity to free ourselves once and for all from undesirable qualities and habits through our will. MANIPURA gives the power to create and to destroy.

Some examples of the subconscious behaviors interrupting harmony: Why we talk too much, say too little, blame others, cower, manipulate, deceive, demand and/or carelessly disregard and disrespect the energy of others.

The only caveat to activating the transformative fire of the SOLAR PLEXUS is that, it does not discriminate. She burns all.

Confidence is necessary to align your will with your life. Trust in who you are and the process of becoming. There are no dialog boxes in MANIPURA, such as:

Doing away with your neediness may increase the direct nature of                         your speech and language and consequently give you ample                             opportunity to spend time alone.   Do you wish to continue?

Transformational energy calls on the best you to participate in the change.

A person with a balanced SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra is as self-reliant as they are self-confident. They understand what they need, and what their life needs from them.

If your SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra is blocked:

There may be an interruption to your psyche, how you relate to your self and others, as this is where the sense of self originates. You may feel like you lack the confidence or motivation to move forward and progress on personal projects, that the ideas you have are laughable or pointless. The SOLAR PLEXUS gives one the ability to take action on their goals. Symptoms may include:

  • Social Complications
  • Low self-esteem
  • Depression or anxiety
  • Lack of self-control
  • Codependency or an inability to set & maintain personal boundaries
  • Addiction
  • Making plans or having a lot of ideas without finding efficient ways to realize them
  • Being obsessed with minute details, seeing life through a filter of plus and minuses while losing sight of the whole picture.
  • Lack of direction, purpose, or ambition

The SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra is closely tied to digestive health and the metabolism. Literally the breaking down of one thing and turning it into another. Complications with MANIPURA can have physical manifestations as well.

  • Poor digestion, gas, nausea
  • Ulcers
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Diabetes
  • Organ problems, especially in the liver and kidneys
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Difficulty gaining or losing weight

If your SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra is overactive:

Solar Plexus Chakra may result in an aggravated existence internally and externally. Symptoms may include:

  • Perfectionism

  • Being overly critical

  • Anger issues

  • Excessive stubbornness

  • Desire for control

Balancing your SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra:

MANIPURA’s seed sound is RAM. The lips should press towards each other into the center of the face and tongue against the palate as you let the vibration of the ‘R’ warm the muscles of the face and throat. Concentrate visually as well as pranically on the naval. As you breathe in, imagine a golden flame ready to dissolve any complications that are resting here to come between you and your highest self-esteem. Meditation in this Chakra is restorative and helps you pursue your goals selflessly. Your personal power should not come from a place of egotism. Understanding and connecting to this power will bring you closer to others in a stable and clear manner, so that you can remain true to yourself with the awareness of your actions.

  • Yellow: Wear it. Eat it. Look and hold yellow objects, gemstones, and flowers.

If your SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra is balanced you hold your personal power evenly with the power of everything around you.

When the Solar Plexus chakra is balanced, you may experience pristine metabolism, but not just the breaking down of food, but all that we process (take in) in a day and using that energy to fortify and enhance (give back) our life. When you can balance direct communication with the world without being rude or condescending, you have harmonized the energy flow of your SOLAR PLEXUS.

  • Lucky encounters : As if you are creating your reality.

  • Serendipitous experiences

  • Harmony with your surrounding

Chakras At a Glance

Imagine a deck of cards shuffling before you.. Each card represents an idea, a challenge or circumstance, a style, a certain way of thinking, mannerisms, determination and doubt, some narrative that repeats, lessons you have learned and pass to others, the stories you tell. This is your hand. In essence, this is your life. Every day, if you try, is a day to draw another card into your hand. You have the chance for endless combinations. How will these new cards interact with what you are already holding and like all good card games, you get to discard.

7 chakras.jpg

The chakras is a story of becoming – the building of a perfect hand. Or a tale of waking Kundalini : aka moving her through 7 energetic centers.

Kundalini, represented by a snake, is the spiritual energy which lies dormant in all of us. Practitioners of Kundalini Yoga emphasize that Meditation, Pranayama, Kriyas and Asana are a means to cultivate this energy and transform it into Divine Consciousness.

Why would a snake represent consciousness?

Because a snake can literally shed its skin and re-create itself. This animal embodies the ultimate design of renewal: releasing that which blocks growth. It seems so obvious now that it would be a snake, right? Duh.

redroot.jpg1. Okay, so this snake, aka our unconsciousness as she has not woken just yet. (The things we have no idea about- past lives shit- cruel karmic stuff) is located in MULADHARA. (the 1st or Root Chakra). Root as in the lowest spot if we are seated. It is the stuff we think we need, the source of our greed and impatience. Wait, why is our unconscious resting in our anus? Who put it there? Why would the constant burning yearning desire for for things like food and shelter be sitting in my ass, perhaps making me act like an asshole? Hmmm…

orangewater22. The subconscious (the things we feel, but really don’t understand- aka memories and trauma) is caught up in SWADISTHANA (the 2nd or Sacral Chakra.) So, all of our feel good- ice cream truck song memories- as well as the really fucked up shit we’ve been through is bottled up in our genitals. That’s right our subconscious feelings, every last emotion, all of our water-like qualities are in touch with our reproductive hormones. Whaaat? My trauma is connected to my baby-maker? FUCK. To boot, this is a circular chakra with, as you guessed it, cyclical movement, the habits and routines- some are totally crazy and others mundane. Our apathy and indifference, our uproar and mania, that mistake we can’t stop making is all here in our sexuality. The things we just accept, the “Fair-Enoughs” of the world. If we never move Kundalini past this point, we run the risk of experiencing a life that can’t get deeper than the surface or learn from a mistake. Do you want all the beauty of this world and all of your transformative power to be out of reach? Probably not.

yellowfire.jpg3. Kundalini is kind of awake in MANIPURA (the 3rd or Solar Plexus Chakra.) She’s tossing and turning pulling the covers off, exposing her position now in the belly-button. From the gut of your experience, consciousness is preparing, stretching, and beginning to rise. Do you think critically about the shit you’re going through or are you a zombie? Whatever you do, don’t go full zombie. This is the place of your instinctual sensation. Any last one of us can slip into old habits if we’re not careful to avoid blind reaction, if we’re not diligent to take a moment and be conscious. At this point, we are slowly advancing, generating the willpower to make the day and life as we want it, but are we strong enough? Do we have the confidence or would we rather just stay sleeping? How lazy are you? Did you just hit snooze three times? Really? Three times. Also, didn’t you say you weren’t going to drink last night? Don’t be pathetic. But we’re not pathetic. We know we have to wake up. We know what the day will bring. We’ve made our lists- We’ve got our flippy-floppys! You are adjusting to the light and with a squint you and Kundalini have accepted the duty as consciousness. We acknowledge what we are and what we’re not and that it takes all kinds, but above all else, to thine own self be true.

anahata with eight petals inside4. Finally, Kundalini becomes animated in ANAHATA (the 4th or Heart chakra) and we are upright. Extending in all directions, you open your chest to roll out the neck and shoulders. She unfolds to the beat of your heart and you too are filled with an expansive feeling of happiness and love. She moves in contractions which if you’ve seen any birthing scene, has intense pain followed by incredible relief and clearing. Often when finding compassion with others, we have to first start with ourselves. It is no mistake that flight attendants tell us to first secure our own mask before assisting others. In order to find your rhythm you have to get out of  your own way. Dancing does not to begin with thinking, instead you have to be light on your toes and lightly pervade everything. Here your consciousness is a sense of peace and grace, and by grace I mean you care and respect for all living things. All things? Ahimsa? Yes, even that guy. You’re limited by nothing, not even that guy…. Do you see how once you elevate yourself, you become untouchable? Oxygenated blood flows in abundance circulating and vitalizing the entire system with compassion and creativity and with each breath cycle you magnetize more energy to move or dance. 😉

blue purification5. What would creativity and compassion be if it wasn’t shouted into the world and communicated directly to the hearts of everyone sharing this experience. Kundalini uses our throats in VISSHUDI (the 5th or Throat chakra) to give sound to our thoughts. The beat from our heart turns into song here. The vibration of our vocal chords purifies thoughts and we become compelling. Say whaaat? If and only if we have tapped into our truth, understood the art of silence, and acknowledged the connection to everything around us. If and only if, I learn to take pleasure in vulnerability and communicate in every experience with the intention of making it a spiritual one, will I find my voice. And, when we do we can literally bring people together and create reality. And like Kundalini, we become magical, matching our outsides with our insides. Nothing stands in your way, as you are part of everything, having embodied all the elements, and can will every thing into cooperation. Boom!

thirdeyevision.png6. Wholly complete, the consciousness gazes out onto the horizon from AJNA (The 6th or Third Eye Chakra.) Maybe it’s not a horizon, maybe it’s a planetary view, or the eyes of a dog or maybe its a horrific scary scene, your worst nightmare in fact, things you don’t want to know, can’t handle or aren’t ready for. One simply can’t predict Third Eye visions but active listening is required for good communication, and active living is required for contentment. You must be part of the process particularly if you seek enlightenment. You must be your own GuRu – Out of the Darkness and into the light. Without effort from you, Kundalini will stay coiled until you’re ready to explore AND utilize your spiritual energy. You have to apply wisdom and Viveka, the discernment of reality from unreality. Our two physical eyes see the past and the present, while the Third Eye reveals the future. And together, it is God. It is the God in you. It is waking the God that has been in you and opening his or her eye in the middle of your eyebrows. You were born with it right there all along and never even knew.

WAIT… Hold the fuck on! A snake, named Kundalini, that happens to be resting in my ass will eventually wake up, move through my sexuality, my instinct, my heart, give my my voice and then take me to meet God through the visions of my Third Eye – the connection to the Divine Consciousness? And I have to make sense out of all of it? I have to be the one to say what is real and what is not? Yes. Fuck. The body will function of course without cultivating this awareness BUT you will inevitably remain unconscious. (FULL ZOMBIE)

whitepurplelight.jpg7. Kundalini is calmly smelling the air around her as she is erect at SAHASRARA (The 7th and Crown Charka) This is it. That bridge is finally complete. Construction is over. The last piece of the puzzle has been pressed down and smoothed over. Your connection to the future has been finalized, well not even, it’s the future past and present in one experience. Time slows down and you become aware of how everything is completely interwoven, now that time can’t play tricks on your experience. It is all one. You are living and trusting, trusting because you are alive and alive because you have faith that this life is exactly what it is supposed to be. This is living meditation. This is Bliss.
